O’Sullivan McCormack Jensen & Bliss traces its beginnings to 1993 when Robert Baker decided to utilize his experience as a partner at one of Hartford’s prominent law firms to service the legal needs of clients involved in complex legal disputes in a smaller law firm focused on delivering excellent results on behalf of clients with partner-level attention.
The firm was first known as Baker & Fulco and soon changed to Baker O’Sullivan & Bliss with the addition of William O’Sullivan and Raymond Bliss, both also former larger-firm lawyers. In 2014, Michael McCormack and Timothy Jensen, former partners of Tyler Cooper & Alcorn in Hartford and New Haven and Hinckley Allen in Hartford, joined Bill and Ray and the firm became known as O’Sullivan McCormack Jensen & Bliss. Although the name of the firm has changed over the years, our focus has not: using knowledge and experience to provide personal attention to our clients while resolving complex legal issues for our clients.
