At O’Sullivan McCormack Jensen & Bliss, our lawyers are experienced in all forms of ADR and are skilled at using dispute resolution strategically to our clients’ advantage. We advocate on behalf of our clients in negotiations, mediations and arbitrations, and provide clients with ADR advice from the beginning of our representation. Indeed, our services include early case assessments and guidance regarding how best to resolve disputes. In addition, we negotiate, draft and enforce ADR clauses in client contracts and our attorneys serve as mediators and arbitrators independently and through the American Arbitration Association.
